Shipping policy

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. 

Keralove is not responsible for carrier processing delays, lost and undelivered packages due to incomplete and incorrect shipping addresses.

We ship to most International countries. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

As a result, your order may experience delays coupled with universal shipping delays with our carriers. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order along with tracking information so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.
